We offer a 48-hour satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely happy with our cleaning, contact us within 48 hours and we'll return to make it right at no additional cost.
What's your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment. This helps us manage our schedule and serve all customers effectively.
Can I customize my cleaning service?
Absolutely! Every cleaning plan is tailored to your specific needs and preferences. Whether you need extra attention in the kitchen, pet hair removal, inside-cabinet cleaning, or a focus on specific rooms, just let us know when you request your estimate.
Do you offer commercial cleaning?

How do I pay?

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
It's completely up to you. Many customers provide a key or entry code so our team can clean while they're at work. Our staff is fully insured, background-checked, and trustworthy.
How far in advance should I book?
